The LAMPAOUS P Serial Bulb Remote Control Kit (Model: CPL-120 (Receiver), RPL-120 (Remote Control)) is designed to work with LAMPAOUS P serial pool and spa lights, including the PL-M120, SPL-M120, PL-M12, and SPL-M12 models. The kit has an input of 100-240VAC 50/60Hz, a rated current of 20A, and a maximum load power of 2000W.
The remote control (RPL-120) has a valid range of up to 1000 meters and requires a 9V 6F22 battery (not included). The receiver (CPL-120) must be used in conjunction with the remote control.
The P Serial Bulbs offer five different color show modes:
- Mellow Wave: a two-minute color sequence of seven solid colors, holding for eight seconds on each before blending to the next.
- Rapid Wave: a fast change between seven solid colors in half-second intervals.
- Long Wave: a very slow cross-fade seven solid color sequence, holding for ten minutes before blending to the next.
- Anthem Wave: a red, white, and blue-themed blend that lasts three seconds before blending to the next.
- Ocean Wave: simulating the transitional colors of the ocean's waters from green to blue.
Users can also freeze the static color from the color show by pressing the "color" button on the receiver or remote. There are dozens of static color options that can be anchored in any position of the five color rings.
The control kit allows for the synchronization of multiple bulbs by connecting them to the same receiver. For 12VAC bulbs (PL-M12 and SPL-M12), they should be connected to the same transformer. The 120VAC bulbs (PL-M120 and SPL-M120) can be connected directly to the receiver.
The control kit also features a color memory function, where the next turn-on should be at least 8 seconds after the last turn-off to maintain the color setting.
The control kit has a wide range of over 1000 meters, ensuring that users never have to worry about the distance between the remote control and the underwater bulbs. It is compatible with both 12VAC and 120VAC LAMPAOUS pool and spa bulbs, and it is easy to operate, allowing users to lock solid colors, rotate the color show cycle, and synchronize multiple bulbs directly through the remote or control box. The control kit also has a 2-year warranty.
